Preparation Notes
A blend built to work hard across brewing styles, equally at home as an espresso or brewed through a cafetière or filter. Its body cuts through milk cleanly, so it holds its own in a milk-based drink too.
Brew it your way:
- Cafetiere, 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil, 4 minute brew time.
- Espresso, 14g of coffee, 25 second extraction.
- V60, 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil, 2.5 minute brew time.
