Preparation Notes
Enjoy black to appreciate this 100% Arabica blend. A great after-dinner coffee, brewed in a cafetière or through an espresso machine, with a lower caffeine content so it won't keep you up.

Brew it your way:

Cafetiere, 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil, 4 minute brew time.
Espresso, 14g of coffee, 25 second extraction.
V60, 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil, 2.5 minute brew time.
