During the roasting of this unique and distinctive Guinness coffee blend, special adjustments have been made to the coffee roast profile, briefly increasing the temperature to 232ºC, which is exactly the same temperature as the barley is roasted at when brewing Guinness. This unlocks the same smooth, creamy, dark malty flavours in the coffee - making this blend, as distinctive as the original, where Guinness has been brewed, with the same process since the 1770’s - using roasted barley to give the beer its famous dark ruby colour and rich aroma.

So sorry to hear of your problem. We do have clear images of our capsules on our website, as we know how confusing wading through the different types of capsules on the market is now. Our capsules are Nespresso compatible and stated in our descriptions. We are sorry this didn't work for you and that you didn't get to taste our Guinness 232 coffee. This is the only 1 star review we have ever received and take feedback from our customers extremely seriously. We would be happy to send you a bag of our ground coffee, if you use an alternative type of coffee equipment such as cafetiere from time to time, so that you may taste the deliciousness?
