About the Origin
No.10 was the fifth coffee in the Tiki Tonga range, and our first single origin. Single origin means every bean comes from one country and one variety, in this case the Yellow Bourbon. Unlike most coffee plants, which produce red berries when ripe, Yellow Bourbon produces yellow fruit, making it a distinctive and recognisable variety in its own right.
