Preparation Notes
Big flavour Arabicas with just a touch of Robusta make this blend perfect black. Brew in a cafetière, run it through an espresso machine as an Americano, or try a pour-over to draw out maximum flavour. A splash of cream works well if you like your morning brew a little sweeter.

Brew it your way:

Cafetiere, 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil, 4 minute brew time.
Espresso, 14g of coffee, 25 second extraction.
V60, 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil, 2.5 minute brew time.
