With its high Robusta content, this blend packs a genuine caffeine punch. Best brewed strong in a cafetière or as a bold filter cup, precision-ground to hold onto that liquorice kick and cocoa finish however you make it.
Brew it your way:
- Cafetiere, 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil, 4 minute brew time.
- Espresso, 14g of coffee, 25 second extraction.
- V60, 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, just off the boil, 2.5 minute brew time.
